Yale New Haven Hospital’s Maternal-Fetal Medicine Program offers comprehensive and individualized care for all those with high-risk pregnancies. We provide expert medical, genetic and surgical care, as well as advanced obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound services.

Our expert services and programs include:

• Diabetes in Pregnancy Program provides essential services for diabetic women before, during and after pregnancy.
• Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital’s Fetal Care Center brings together top experts to create a complete care plan for pregnant women whose obstetrician has detected a problem in their developing baby. With the use of advanced diagnostics testing and treatment options, this unique program has ensured successful births for thousands of babies with special needs.
• Yale New Haven Children’s Fetal Cardiology Program. As part of the Fetal Care Center, Yale Medicine pediatric cardiologists care for babies in the womb who may be at risk for or are affected by congenital heart disease or abnormal heart rhythms.
• Accreta Program provides specialized multi-disciplinary care to help manage complicated deliveries.
• Maternal Congenital Cardiac Disease Program provides coordinated care for pregnant individuals with congenital or acquired heart conditions.
