The Carol Emmott Foundation names Yale New Haven Health’s Marjorie Lazarre to the 2024 Fellowship Class

New Haven, CT (Nov. 27, 2023) – Marjorie Lazarre, PharmD, MBA; associate chief pharmacy officer & ED pharmaceutical business innovations, Yale New Haven Health, has been selected as a national health leader in the Fellowship Class of 2024 by The Carol Emmott Foundation. The 24 members of the 2024 fellowship class represent the largest Fellowship class since the inception of the organization, drawing from a diverse and talented group of accomplished leaders.

The Fellowship Class of 2024 comprises a group of healthcare leaders who have demonstrated their commitment to making a significant impact in their communities. These leaders were nominated by senior executive leadership at their institutions and carefully selected via a competitive process, ensuring the inclusion of individuals with diverse backgrounds, expertise and experiences. The Class of 2024 represents a range of disciplines within healthcare, from clinical care to financial analysis, data science, operations, and strategy, bringing a comprehensive perspective to this cohort.

The Carol Emmott Fellowship, the original flagship program of The Carol Emmott Foundation, aims to be at the forefront of transforming the face of the healthcare industry. The Fellowship works to accelerate gender equity in healthcare leadership by providing women leaders a platform for national visibility as well as a continuously growing network of peers, mentors, and sponsors in the industry. The Fellowship program equips participants with the necessary resources and connections to lead change and foster gender and racial equity within their healthcare organizations.
