If you have insurance, your benefits will ultimately determine the amount you owe, including deductibles, co-pay, co-insurance, and out-of-pocket maximums.
This estimate includes charges for Yale New Haven Health hospital facility services and Yale Medicine physician fees. You may be billed separately for additional fees related to anesthesiology, cardiology, pathology, radiology, and any additional services performed that may be medically necessary based on the location where you receive services.
Independent laboratory and radiology services will also bill you separately for physician readings and interpretations. If you have questions about those bills, please call the number printed on their statements.
