Kaitlyn Perlman, APRN, FNP-C

Kaitlyn Perlman, FNP-C, APRN, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Kaitlyn has a passion for providing comprehensive care and education to her patients, empowering them with the knowledge and tools to make informed decisions about their health to improve their quality of life. In the reconstruction and lower urinary dysfunction division, she works closely with colleagues to provide care and treatment to patients in need of gender-affirming care, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), erectile dysfunction, urethral strictures, voiding dysfunction and lower urinary tract symptoms. Kaitlyn earned her master’s degree from Sacred Heart University. Raised in Madison, Connecticut, she is happy to be home serving the community that shaped her upbringing. In her free time, Kaitlyn is a yoga teacher and enjoys spending time with friends and family. She is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
