Obinna Anosike, MD

Obinna Anosike, MD is an Internal Medicine physician dedicated to empowering patients with knowledge to help make better health-related decisions. Dr. Anosike believes this perspective helps foster not only a sense of team-approach to health but a sense of trust between patient and provider. He specializes in healthcare innovation, patient advocacy and providing care to multicultural patient populations.

A Nigerian American born and raised in New Jersey, Dr. Anosike graduated from the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School at Rutgers University and completed his residency as Chief Resident at New York Medical Center at Saint Joseph's Medical Center in Yonkers, New York. Shortly after completing medical school, he explored healthcare innovation and advised startups. While this experience was rewarding, he discovered how much he enjoyed providing care to patients with a collaborative approach. As Chief Resident at Saint Joseph’s Medical Center, Dr. Anosike led a medical multidisciplinary team to provide optimal care in an outpatient and inpatient setting during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In his free time, he loves learning about different cultures through music, food and documentaries. Dr. Anosike also enjoys listening to thought-provoking podcasts during daily walks
