Why have I not been able to lose weight and keep it off in the past?

Obesity is a complex health condition that is affected by multiple factors in addition to nutrition and exercise. It may require a number of different interventions tailored to the individual to obtain results.

What is the best diet for me?

There are a number of diets and results can be variable in different individuals. The best diet is one that is able to produce a calorie deficit and is sustainable in the long-term.

Are they any age restrictions for your weight management interventions?

We see patients eighteen years and older.

What will insurance cover?

Insurance coverage can be variable based on your specific policy and there may be some out of pocket costs. If eligible, our office can help you navigate the prior authorization process for medication approval.
