New Interventional Radiology consult request process

To reach an Interventional Radiology (IR) Consult Provider for urgent needs, access SmartWeb (intranet) via the employee intranet and click Directory in the top navigation.

• On the SmartWeb screen, click the On Call tab at the top.
• In the search bar, use one of these terms: IR, Interventional Radiology, Vascular or Consult.
• Click the pager icon (green rectangle) for the appropriate campus, compose and send your message.

For routine consult requests, use the Epic consult order for IR.

Occupational Health streamlines onboarding process

YNHHS has recently enabled an electronic portal for new employees to submit and upload required forms for their Occupational Health post-hire appointment. This portal reduces additional paper forms and/or emailing records for new employees. With the increased efficiency, Occupational Health can more effectively process new hires to begin work.
