David Depukat, RN, PhD, has been named director, Accreditation and Regulatory Affairs, based at Yale New Haven Hospital. He joined YNHH in 2012 with the Hospital of Saint Raphael integration. Depukat has served in a variety of roles in Psychiatry, including clinical nurse, nursing care coordinator, interim patient services manager and service line educator. He was also a nursing outcomes specialist and policy lead in YNHH’s Office Of Nursing Excellence. Depukat earned his BSN and MSN from Southern Connecticut State University; and his doctor of philosophy and nursing from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.
