Now that we have your attention …

It’s hard to ignore the color orange, which is why it’s the designated color for World Patient Safety Day, held on Sept. 17 this year. Patient safety coaches and staff throughout Yale New Haven Hospital wore orange that day, which was established to encourage patients, families, caregivers, communities, health workers, healthcare leaders and policymakers to come together to show our continuous commitment to safety in providing patient-centered care.
