Nursing research conference save the date and call for abstracts

Nurses throughout Yale New Haven Health System are invited to submit abstracts for poster presentation at the 12th Janet Parkosewich Nursing Research Conference, April 6, 2020, Yale University West Campus.

Abstracts may be submitted via the YNHHS intranet; the deadline is Feb. 5. Conference registration is also available on the YNHHS intranet. For information email [email protected]. Watch for communication about registering for the conference.

Diversity and inclusion classes available

Yale New Haven’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion offers classes on a variety of topics throughout the year, including “Ouch! That Stereotype Hurts,” “Connecting with Others,” “LGBTQ – Cultural Competence,” “Defeating Unconscious Bias,” “Cultural Competence in Healthcare” and “Generations.” Log in to the Infor learning management system for more information, including times, dates and locations.
