Total Rewards Survey under way – share your feedback by March 25

Help make YNHHS Total Rewards better for you! Take the Total Rewards Survey and share your feedback. The survey runs through Monday, March 25, at 11:59 pm. Access the survey at ynhhstotalrewardssurvey.com. 

YNHHS’ Total Rewards is more than just employee pay; it also includes: 

• A comprehensive benefits program that meets employees’ unique needs 
• Workplace flexibility to allow balance for work life and personal life
• Performance feedback and recognition to support employee growth and career advancement

Survey feedback will help leaders better understand the rewards, benefits and programs employees value most. 

The survey should take approximately 20 minutes and can be taken from any computer with internet access. Employees will need their employee ID number to access it.

Aon, an external benefits consulting firm, is conducting the survey to ensure confidentiality. YNHHS will not see individual responses – just aggregate responses that will help leaders review the Total Rewards design.
