Employees Greet New Yale New Haven Hospital President

Shortly after starting on March 11, new Yale New Haven Hospital President Katherine Heilpern, MD, began rounding to meet employees in departments throughout the organization. Staff have given her a warm welcome on her rounds, and Dr. Heilpern said she will prioritize meeting the hospital’s wonderful employees and teams.

Dr. Heilpern has extensive experience as both a health system executive and academic chair at highly respected health systems, including most recently New York-Presbyterian.
