Free hernia screening Oct. 15

YNHHS is offering free hernia screenings for men and women, 9 am - noon Saturday, Oct. 15, at the Shoreline Medical Center,111 Goose Lane, Guilford. Untreated hernias may require surgery. The screening will include a one-on-one meeting with a surgeon and a demonstration of the Da Vinci® surgical robot, which surgeons use to perform same-day, minimally invasive procedures. Registrations are recommended; call 888-700-6543 or register online. Walk-ins are also welcome.
