Welcome back, high school volunteers!

A number of Yale New Haven Hospital departments welcomed high school student volunteers back this summer after a nearly three-year pause during the COVID-19 pandemic. Staff provided students guidance and training and offered a firsthand view of various healthcare careers. Staff praised the student volunteers for providing much-needed support and energy at a time when many employees were dealing with COVID-related fatigue.
