YNHHS offers innovative programs to help employees and their loved ones achieve health and wellness goals. One is Emmi education for YNHHS Medical Plan enrollees. The program provides interactive, educational videos that are easy to watch from a smartphone. Emmi is a longstanding trusted partner in education for YNHHS.
YNHHS Medical Plan enrollees who have not opted-out of Emmi texts will receive a text message from “YNHHS Medical Plan” (#88956) in the coming weeks. Once you agree to accept the text, you will receive a link to the Emmi portal. When you log into the portal, you will need to enter your birth date. Once in the portal, you can watch a short video designed to support your overall health and well-being. The video includes a two-minute breathing exercise to help with stress management.
YNHHS Medical Plan enrollees who accept the text can look forward to receiving short videos every few months that feature helpful information for managing your health.
