Mandatory flu vaccination program deadlines

YNHHS is rolling out its annual mandatory flu vaccination program to protect patients and employees. Employees, physicians and volunteers must receive a flu vaccination or have an approved medical or religious exemption as a condition of continued employment. Some reminders:

• Deadline for requesting a medical exemption: Sept. 30. (Approval or denial by Oct. 31.)
  
  
• Deadline for requesting a religious exemption: Oct. 31. (Approval or denial by Nov. 15.)
  
  
• Flu vaccination deadline: Dec. 1.
